Kunal is a rising young visionary, shaping the future of media. As Chief Executive Officer for Polar Mobile, Kunal leads a talented team focused on transforming the media landscape with technology. A frequent speaker on the topics of digital media, innovation and entrepreneurship, he is active with the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the Mobile Entertainment Forum and sits on several industry boards.

Kunal is also the Founder & Chair of the Board for Impact, a non-profit organization focused on empowering the next-generation of global entrepreneurs and leaders. He has a Software Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and has been recognized as a Global Citizen by the United Nations, Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and Shad Valley’s Alumnus of the Year.

Kunal is based in Toronto but spends most of his time in New York, San Francisco, London, Dubai and other global media hubs with customers.

Sean is a seasoned senior sales executive, with 20 years experience in software and technology sales. In his role as Executive Vice President Sales for Polar Mobile, he is responsible for sales and marketing.

Previously, Sean was at Adenyo where he played an instrumental role in scaling that business to be later acquired by Motricity for $100MM. At Motricity he owned revenue responsibility for several divisions encompassing mobile enterprise, mobile advertising and predictive analytics. Prior to Motricity Sean held leadership roles and was instrumental in driving revenue in global markets at Campana, TELUS, Workstream, PTC and ADP.  Sean has a degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.

JP is an engineering leader with over 15 years of experience. At Polar Mobile he is responsible for engineering efforts in delivering quality software on time to meet the needs of our customers.

Previously, JP was at Mozilla where he was driving significant platform and Android engineering efforts. Before that he was at Novell working on Linux/Open Platform Solutions, and Ximian. JP Has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.

Michael is a forward-looking technology leader and Chief Technology Officer for Polar Mobile. He is responsible for product roadmap, architecture & design and works closely with our engineering leaders to develop best-in-class software for the media industry.

Michael’s experiences from his time at Microsoft, Sun Labs and the Palo Alto Research Center lie in the areas of mobile technologies, applications, distributed systems, scalable architectures, computer security, wireless networks and security frameworks. Michael has a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Andrew is a seasoned senior finance executive, with more than 17 years of experience in tech and finance. In his role as Chief Financial Officer for Polar Mobile, he is responsible for finance, accounting, legal, investor relations and operations.

Previously, Andrew was the CFO/COO at Dyadem International where he was instrumental in their growth and eventual sale to IHS Inc. He started his career at Ernst & Young in corporate tax and has held senior finance roles at SAS Institute Canada Inc., SOLCORP and EDS Canada. Andrew has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University and is a Chartered Accountant of Ontario.
